Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Current status — free beta

Equity Research Lab is currently offered as a free, invite-only beta. We do not charge any fees, take any payments, or store any payment details at this time. Because nothing is charged, there are no payments to cancel or refund today.

2. When paid plans launch

We may introduce paid subscription plans (for example, monthly or annual billing) in the future. When we do, this policy will govern those plans and will be updated with the specific pricing, billing cycle, and any plan-specific terms. We will make the paid terms clear at the point of checkout before you are charged.

3. Cancellation

Once paid plans are live, you will be able to cancel your subscription at any time from your account or by emailing us. On cancellation, your access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again. We do not require any notice period to cancel.

4. Refunds

Equity Research Lab is a digital service delivered immediately on subscription. Once a billing period has started, fees for that period are generally non-refundable and are not pro-rated for unused time. We will, however, refund:

• duplicate charges or amounts billed in error;
• charges where a documented technical fault on our side prevented you from using the service for a sustained period;
• any amount we are required to refund under applicable law.

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under Indian law.

5. How to cancel or request a refund

To cancel a plan or request a refund, email admin@equityresearchlab.in from the address linked to your account. We aim to acknowledge refund requests within a few business days and to process approved refunds to the original payment method.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time — for example, when paid plans launch. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version, and continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
