Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Plans & billing

Equity Research Lab offers a free tier and a paid Pro plan. Current plans and prices are shown on our Pricing page. Pro is sold as a one-time payment that grants access for a fixed period (monthly or annual, per the Pricing page) — there is no recurring mandate. Payments are processed securely by our payment partner (Cashfree) — we never store your card or bank details.

2. Renewal

Pro access does not renew automatically — there is no recurring mandate on file. When your paid period ends, access reverts to Free until you check out again at the then-current price. Any promotional or early-bird rate you lock in at checkout is honoured only for that payment.

3. Cancellation

Because Pro access is a single payment with no recurring mandate, there is nothing to cancel and you will never be charged again automatically. Your access simply runs until the end of the paid period. If you'd like a refund before then, see Section 4.

4. Refunds

Equity Research Lab is a digital service delivered immediately on purchase. Once a paid period has started, fees for that period are generally non-refundable and are not pro-rated for unused time. We will, however, refund:

• duplicate charges or amounts billed in error;
• charges where a documented technical fault on our side prevented you from using the service for a sustained period;
• any amount we are required to refund under applicable law.

Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under Indian law.

5. How to cancel or request a refund

To cancel a plan or request a refund, email admin@equityresearchlab.in from the address linked to your account. We aim to acknowledge refund requests within a few business days and to process approved refunds to the original payment method.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time — for example, when we change plans or payment options. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version, and continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
