1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Equity Research Lab (the “service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and by our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Educational use only

The service provides automated, AI-generated research and market data for educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute investment advice and we are not a SEBI-registered investment adviser. See the Disclaimer for full details. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable regulation;
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service or its infrastructure;
• Scrape, resell, or redistribute the service's output as a commercial data feed or as registered investment advice;
• Misrepresent the service's output as official, verified, or professionally advised information.

4. Subscriptions & payment

Equity Research Lab offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription; current plans and prices are on the Pricing page. Paid plans are billed in advance and renew automatically each cycle via the recurring mandate (for example, UPI AutoPay) you authorise at checkout, until you cancel. Payments are processed by our payment partner (Cashfree) — we do not store your card or bank details. You can cancel anytime; billing, cancellation, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. No warranty

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Market data may be delayed or inaccurate and AI output may contain errors.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Equity Research Lab and its operators will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage — including any trading or investment losses — arising from your use of, or reliance on, the service.

7. Changes to the service and terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service, and may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India for any dispute arising from them.
